Well it's off to Wales this weekend :-)
It's the 'Spring' Bank Holiday on Monday(with 10 degrees days predicted!!!!) so I'm going away on a 'Singles Retreat' at Cefn Lea Park, in Dolfor, Newtown.
Been great meeting lots of people who are also going. Had a fantastic time catching with my friend Kirsty on Sunday. She introduced me to a place she knew of that does great coffee... sometimes hard to find here!!! It was pouring with rain outside but we had a great time just catching up on each others Uk experiences to date. We wandered around Covent Garden...did some shoe shopping...for Kirsty not me!!! (I did mine the previous weekend in Lymmington with Margie and Jan!!!) We both enjoyed going to church at Covent Garden...and then a pub meal together afterwards! It was my first experince of London by night so enjoyed wandering and getting myself orientated after riding through some of London Saturday on the (very wet!!!) 'Go Dutch' bike ride.
Been a continuation of my crash course in 'teaching'(!!!!) phonics!!! Have worked four days this week so keeping out of too much idle trouble:-)
